Art has influenced my life since I was a child. My father was a portrait painter and later a photographer. He cultivated an adventurous spirit and taught me how to try hard things and strive to master them. I applied this to my artistic journey and fearlessly try new mediums. Primarily an impressionistic oil painter, specializing in commissions at my home studio, I have now ventured into the world of en plein air and gouache which is quite exciting and challenging. Joining MBAA in 2011 and have served as VP Membership as well as President in 2023.
