Demo by Amy Collins at Meeting on February 9th at 10 am

For our next meeting, accomplished impressionistic oil painter, Amy Collins will talk about edges – why it’s important to think about them in your own paintings, and how to use various tools such as rollers, scrapers, or squeegees to achieve variety and interest in these transition areas. Amy has received prestigious awards for her oil paintings. She is also extensively trained in medical illustration and will share samples of her beautiful work with us.
Come and join our group at the Chamber room in the Mountain Brook City Hall. Meeting is open to non members who are interested in learning more and being part of the local art community. Doors open at 9 am, meeting begins at 10 am and ends at 12 pm.
