MBAA Meeting Reminder – This THURSDAY, 2/19, 10am at City Hall with Demo Artist Alisa Beck

Alisa Beck is a Montgomery, Alabama–based artist whose work explores the atmospheric beauty and architectural heritage of the American South. Blending abstraction and realism, she uses expressive mark-making and tools like palette knives and brayers to capture the energy of place rather than exact detail.
A graduate of Huntingdon College, Alisa has exhibited both nationally and internationally, including in Paris, and has held a solo exhibition at the Johnson Center for the Arts. She is also a dedicated educator, sharing her process through workshops across the Southeast.
