Members of the Mountain Brook Art Association are invited by the Junior League of Birmingham to donate art for the Bargain Carousel, a fundraiser that supports the community through the sale of affordable merchandise. The Junior League of Birmingham is thrilled to host Bargain Carousel 2012 on April 28-29.  Bargain Carousel is a 1,000 family garage sale that provides an opportunity for the public to purchase quality merchandise, donated by League members, at very affordable prices.  This is a highly anticipated event in which you can be involved.  We invite you to participate with your donation to the silent auction during the Bargain Bash preview party on Thursday, April 26, 2012.

This unique sale raises approximately $200,000 every year to fund 35 community projects benefitting the women and children of Birmingham.   Please join us as we plan the 2012 Bargain Bash and silent auction.  We are calling on you to make a positive impact on our community through your generosity and talents.  By donating an item or items, you will be supporting community projects and making an immediate difference.  All gifts are tax-deductible.

Additionally, your contribution to the auction will be recognized by the following:

• in the Auction Catalog that goes to over 1,200 members and guests;
• in an issue of the JLB’s monthly online newsletter, Between the Lines;
