“We are very excited to have the exceptional artist Wayne Spradley for our demo program on March 29. Today he is one of the South’s leading artists of art, prints and posters, and the recipient of over three hundred art awards. A native of Pell City, Alabama, Wayne is recognized worldwide, primarily for his exceptional watercolors. A professional artist since 1968, his works have been selected by Art for the Parks making him one of the National Park Academy of the Arts’ Top 100 US artists. His paintings hang in the collections of former presidents Carter, Reagan, and Bush, and Samford University, Energen, and Marathon Corporations. The Birmingham Museum of Art has a Wayne Spradley painting in their permanent collection.”
