43rd Annual River Road Show

December 3, 2012 – January 30, 2013 The River Road Show, sponsored by the Louisiana Art and Artists’ Guild, is currently celebrating its 43rd year. It is an annual national juried exhibition. The primary purpose of this exhibition is to showcase artists’ work from across the country.

Open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm

Gallery is free and open to the public

Entry Fee (non-refundable)
A non-refundable entry fee of $40 will be charged for up to three entries and $5 for each additional entry up to ten.

October 22             Acceptance/Decline notification mailed
November 19         Shipped artwork delivery DEADLINE
November 29        10 am – 1 pm Hand-delivered artwork received
December 3           Exhibition Opens
January 4              5 pm – 8 pm Reception and Awards Presentation
January 30            Exhibition ends
January 31            10 am – 1 pm Pick up hand-delivered artwork
February 1             Shipped artwork returned
