This painting entitled “The Catch”  by Laura Lewis recently received the Board of Director’s Award at the 2012 Members Showcase of the Alabama Watercolor Association!  She will be the last featured artist in the Holiday Art Show and will be painting from noon to 5PM, followed by the GRAND FINALE from 5-8PM.

Food by Brio’s, lots of music, a silent auction featuring a signed football by Coach Saban, along with many of the 80 exhibiting artists in attendance, should make for a fun finale to an awesome show!  Thank you for supporting the Mountain Brook Art Association, the Make a Wish Foundation, and the  many talented artists of the local community!  (Please note that Rollina Oglesby who was scheduled to paint Friday evening will not be able to attend due to illness.)
