Please fill out the form below with your choice of lunch. Boxed lunches will be delivered to artists at their spaces and to volunteers at the Hospitality booth on show day.
***If you need to order an additional lunch for someone other than yourself, please do that by completing this entire process again for them with your name in the “Full Name” space, but include THEIR NAME in the space provided at the very bottom of the form (just above the “Submit” button).
Those who do not wish to order lunch here will need to provide their own lunch.

Zoe’s in Crestline Village will prepare the boxed lunches. Artists and volunteers who would like to order lunch must place the order through the form below. You will have two choices:
1. Chicken Salad – Scoop of chicken salad served with fresh fruit on a bed of lettuce.
OR
2. Spicy Pimento Cheese Sandwich – Pimento cheese with lettuce and tomato on rye bread + Lays potato chips.
OR
3. Gruben – Grilled turkey, Swiss cheese, and spicy mustard topped with coleslaw and
grilled rye bread + Lays potato chips.

2. Once you have completed ALL FIELDS, THEN CLICK SUBMIT. This will give us a record of your order.
3. Once you have clicked SUBMIT, you will be transferred to a page where you will select the correct button to make your payment via Stripe.
